Learning Objectives:


After attending this program, participants will be able to:

1.     Discuss the literature on the impact of reported beta-lactam allergies on patient outcomes

2.     Describe differences in cross-reactivity among different beta-lactam antibiotics

3.     Identify techniques used to properly assess a patient’s documented allergies

4.     Recognize the most appropriate allergy assessment method given a patient case


Requirements for Receiving CE Credit:

  • Successful completion of the Home-Study program
  • Submission of your ePID/DOB (NABP ID#)
  • Complete online program evaluation form
